  • Mother's Day Rib Roast

    Have a nice small one for two in the fridge rubbed and ready. It can warm to room temp while the Akorn heats up in the AM. Mixed hard wood smoke.

                Just like she likes it. Barely pink in a small area. Still moist. Could have taken it off 10 minutes sooner. Mine will be shredded with potatoes for a fine roast beef hash.

                    Love the crust shot, it looks great. The slices look a little far gone for our tastes though. As long as Mama liked it, that is all that matters.
