I thought that too, but it doesn't seem so. She loves fishing---Even baits her own hook! Just won't eat any!
She was a Cheap date back in the early 70s when we met, because she wouldn't eat Lobster, but then I had to introduce her to Prime Rib---No more 15 cent Burgers & 12 cent Fries at MacDs!!

Never had a shoofly pie but it sounds interesting! Your fish and shrimp look great too, I'm kinda in the same boat here, I only get to eat seafood when we eat out or the missus is away (which isn't often).Mike

Sounds like you are definitely in the same boat. I very often order "Broiled Seafood Sampler" when we go out to eat. She's a cheap date and usually gets "Chicken Croquettes".
