Well one of those nights....what to have for dinner.
Started the weber, threw on a pork steak with some apple wood.
Broccoli and onions right on the grate. But for dessert...
Half a depitted a peach. Smoked/cooked so it was warm but not mushy.
THen I took some smuckers caramel sauce, cut it with whipping cream and added just enough bourbon so you could just barely taste it.
Then took the sauce and filed the pit cavity with it. Scope of ice cream, whipped cream and drizzled with the sauce again. Very light sprinkle of sea salt....and it was a hit!
