HD foil from Web Restaraunt store anyone use it?

    same here. I'd rather go for some extra foil than wash the big house pans.
    I bought some from GFS but it's the thin cheap crap & once it gets a wrinkle in the end,that's it.the junk just starts ripping diagonally & then the whole roll is screwed.

    I buy the disposable pans drom Dollar Tree for a buck each for all sizes. for the lasagna size (the deep ones are perfect for an 8-10lb. butt)you get 2 for 1 w/ lids so I've cut way back on the foil.especially for leftovers.I also wash the disposable pans when possible.

      I get my foil pans from sam's. They are substantially less than anywhere else. They come like a dozen to the pack and are priced close to what the two/ three packs at the grocery store are priced at. I get the half and the whole. Lasts me for months. I wash them when they are easy to clean and fold them up and toss them when they are not.

        I ordered the Kencut dispenser and foil on Sunday. Showed up at my door on Wednesday. Fast shipping for sure! First impression is the foil is not quite as hd as Reynolds hd but seems to be adequate enough and given price difference between the 2 I will consider it a very good deal if it performs nearly as well as Reynolds.

        The Kencut seems to be something I am really going to like having. Will keep the foil at my fingertips at my work station. I won't have to open a drawer and dig the foil out. I plan on wall mounting it right above my prep table.
        A nice feature is you can remove it easily from the wall and take it with you on those off site catering jobs. Don't drop it though. With a full roll of 500' of foil it's got some weight and the dispenser is plastic. Don't think it would survive a fall to well.

        If anyone is interested I can do a pictorial review.

            My dad made his own dispenser/cutter, pretty much a wooden dowel with wooden hangers and a long hack saw blade for a cutter.
