    I was just reading on SMF that Jim passed away on October 22nd 2014.

    I wondered what happened to him, that is sad news. He was certainly a character. Godspeed Jimbo.
    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

      April 2013 last time he logged in on here. I remember him and ALX used to really get at each other about there gardening and various other subjects.

            Oh man, that really sux. I was wondering where he was... and so young. Dammit.

            He was a great and caring guy. I sold my Char-Grillers to him when I got my Klose. He put out some awesome stuff on them.

            God speed Jimbo. RIP.

                  I have been wondering what was up for the longest time. Jim was good people... Loved his cooks. He definitely inspired me to think out of the box when cooking.

                      Dammit. NOT something I wanted to see on here. I remember working the night shift at the grain elevator several years back and having late night chats with him and ALX. Pretty creative cook in my book. How come all the good ones have to leave us.......

                            Jim was one of my favorite guys on this forum. I used to say He & Jim "SOB" were my favorite "Jersey Jims"!!

                            I PM'd him a number of times since he stopped logging on, but I never got an answer. Now I know why.
