                            Sorry, but I always considered hi-jacking someone's cooking thread with pics of their cook as laziness on their part to not start their own cook thread. Oh well my bad for saying anything.

                              I'm just taking the Hawgs lead... if I can remember I've only cooked one pork butt since I've been smoking. Heck I don't even know my butt from a shoulder?

                              I'll start a new thread when I cook those beef ribs, because I have never done those before!
