Looks Great, Craig!!!---
Reminds me---I'm due for some Pan-Fried Fish!!!
Wondering: Any advantages to making Fish in a Pan on the Grill instead of on the stove, other than it doesn't smell up the house (Mrs Bear would like it if I made mine outside).

Even catfish is priced like it's something special...And buying Cod sucks because the stuff we get STINKS!

Bear
70 degrees outside...Sun shining for the first time in maybe 10 days...And very little wind...
I ask Lena what was for supper and she said the fish was thawed
I'll take this one outside
And besides...Lena likes it when I cook outside because I make so much less mess...
So it was a no brainer...That's where I do best ...light the grill and relaxCraig

That looks great to me. We have fish several times a month. All I can say is it's a small price to pay.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
