            I have not made jerky for a long time. Dang stuff sticks in my teeth too bad, but I may have to give this a go!

                      It is. A couple Lbs either way of that would require little adjustment tho. Mainly in the TQ/cure Dep’t. But when ya clean up a loin that well, I’d think you will end up around the same 7 Lb range. Depending on the loin of course, but I bet it’s close.
