  • My UDS

    Hello from Germany!
I would like to show you my UDS.
At the beginning i burned the drum and grinded it from inside and outside.

I took some rack system to get it in different modes also for direct bbq.

In the end i painted it and build some features on it.

Nice!! I bet it took you some time to grind off the old paint and such.. Now it looks like your ready to toss on some mammal flesh and get your new toy broke in..

    Also Welcome To Smoked-Meat...

Very nice, Alfa - love your hook in the mouth smoked trout..eerr fish. I've smoked fish in the past and was always worried about the PITA of leaving them whole like that with all of the bones. How is the tear down and munchage when you leave them whole? Would definitely be easier than filleting them prior to smoke.

Lemme know and good job on your build and what you're turning outta the o'l UDS.
