Just bought a Weber kettle last month. I'm a noob when it comes to smoking but I sure love it! I've smoked ribs, a chicken and a turkey so far. Hopefully going to soak up some of the knowledge on this forum.

from New Jersey. I hate the Steelers...just gettin' that out of the way.
We gotta a couple kettle heads on here that'll steer you in the right direction. Nice to have you.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
