              Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.

                Hi everyone.
                I had been grilling with propane and natural gas until 2 years ago. Picked up a Weber and fell in love! I love the flavor and result from charcoal. Now I'm exploring the smoking technique. I have been reading and learning before I do my first smoke meat.
