    abt's, beef back ribs and Corn on the cob



    after 3 hours of smoke at 190F


    wrapped in foil and added some watered down Rail Road Rib sauce
    the mop down and back in the smoker

        Looks Ummmmmmm! Are beef back ribs and short ribs the same thing...or do they come from the opposite ends of the whole rib?

          Beef short ribs would be the equivalent of Pork side ribs (the less sot after ribs) and Beef Back ribs are the equivalent of Pork back ribs,,, when a butcher is boning out a prime rib to pack as a Rib eye or Boneless rib, those ribs are used for Back ribs, a good butcher will cut away the spine end of the rib bones to make the fairly uniform and get rid of "knuckles" "dino bones" would be the whole rib cage starting from the top of the back, extending through the back ribs and including the side ribs, Looks just like the Flinstones

                  Many a version but an ABT(atomic buffalo turd) is basically cheese(usually cream) stuffed jalapeno pepper wrapped with bacon then smoked. The attached video is one of many recipes(i just linked the first video that came up in search).
