  • Come and look at what I found on my way home today

A friend who used to own a pizza joint handed me a key fob for his Restaurant Depot account. I just happened to be working 3 blocks away the place today and i stopped by on my way home

And look at what i found....

I wish that i had time to fire up the grill tonight but i have other plans. Oh, butt tomorrow i am thinking its tri tip time

Best of all it is a multi cryopac (i think there are 4 of those bad boys in there)

I am actually thinking plain and basic for my first one. Dust with kosher salt and CBP. Indirect heat to 125-130*F and rest. I havent figured out the sides yet
