      Excellent job

      I might be off base here due to a pic or two, but make sure you get the most out of them when slicing, kind of like a brisket:

              Great Video. I was trying to rotate it to keep up with the grain of the meat. i did i fair job and i could have done better. With sandwich slices and as tender as it was wasnt much of a problem

              If you look at the first picture. there are several that the grain of the meat doesnt swirl... Has anyone else encountered that?

              Cant wait for the next ones.... Trust me I'll keep you posted

                Looks good I have never noticed those bags but I'm going to check today. I've been doing tri tips for awhile both at home and at comps. Love the cut tasty in a samich or cut like steak. Smoke one and then chop it up and make chili it's awesome.
