Picked up a beautiful 2" thick T-Bone. Bought it from the butcher at Safeway. (It better not suck because I was too lazy to drive to the real butcher.) Dusted with Tatonka, brought to room temp and ready for the Weber Charcoal. Too bad the wife is home - but I guess I can share....
My tried and true go-to Caesar Salad recipe
6 cloves garlic, peeled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
5 anchovy fillets, minced (or anchovy paste)
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
(real parmesan, not that Kraft crap.)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 a lemon, juiced - minimum.
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cups day-old bread, cubed
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
