    Ribeyes on the “Q”

Had a good sale this week at our main weekly shopping store “Giant”.

They have Bone-in Ribeyes for $6.77, but if you get more than 3, the price is only $5.77 per pound.

So who buys less than 3 Ribeyes when it’s at that price???

We already had 4 Ribeyes in the freezer, so we only got 10 Steaks this time.

Got some CSRs too, but that will be another smoke.

I didn’t feel like veggies, so we just went with Meat & Taters (Curly Fries) for a change.

My Weber “Q” did a Great Job again!!

    Thanks for stopping by,
    Bear

Ribeyes on sale here for the weekend. Going to do some reverse seared steaks. I tried this for the first time a few weeks ago and we were impressed. Smoked at 110 degrees in the MES for about 45 minutes and then finished them on the smokey joe loaded with a lots of coal.

Bear, you ever smoke them in the MES before hitting the grill?
