Default Sweet & sour grilled chicken.....
Butterflied a few skinless breast, and seasoned them as usual set them on a hot grill. steamed up some white rice seasoned with CBP, salt, butter and garlic. got my sauce ready and topped off with sesame seeds... Lunch is served.....

I have not, but I have had them taosted and prefer them like this. Also have tried the toasted oil and it is terrable....
