  • Leftover Chicken Wraps & Jack Daniels!

Here something you can do with almost any leftover. I'm not the first to do it. Good lord it was tasy. I would recommend serving it with your favorite beverage too. In my case it was Jack Daniels on ice.

You will notice I'm wearing my new Smoked-Meat.com Misfit T-shirt. And wearing it proudly!

      nice vid

Rollups/squash-ups are definitely my favourite way of eating leftovers :-)

So where's the video where you make the flatbread ?
That makes it all even better

lol well flatbreads are one of the oldest types of bread.
Quick simple and just about every country and culture has some sort of variation of an unleavened flatbread.

My current go to recipe makes about 6.
1 cup flour (al purpose or self raising/rising) 1 oz fat: marg, softened butter or shortening, 1/4 cup very hot water, pinch of salt and optionally some mixed herbs or garlic powder.

Rub fat into flour mix (flor, salt, herbs) rub to crumbs add wter and mix to a soft dough.
rest for half an hour. seperate into six balls. flatte as much as you can and dry cook on hot griddle or frying pan for a minute or so each side.
          That's it done.

Not only is it very easy - but tastes better tha store bought too :-)
And would make a great video for you too
