  • Brisket Philly Cheesesteaks

    I had some leftover pulled brisket from Memorial Day weekend so we made philly cheesesteaks for dinner tonight.

    Sauteed some onion and some orange & red bell peppers


    Added a bunch of pulled brisket


    Topped it with some cream cheese and provolone cheese and piled it into a bun

      Always wanted to try that, but with sliced brisket.

                    that's a serious sarnie alright :-)
                    But for me steak has to go with blue cheese, preferably stilton. Dunno about pulled brisket yet - tell you tomorrow ;-)
