  • Stir Fry with Pulled Pork

    Well, this is quick and simple so I figured I'd throw it out there for anyone that cares. We're going through our leftovers so I can make room for new stuff Since we have a leftover section, which I am very thankful for, might as well add it to the library.

    Very simple, some stir fry veggies in Olive oil:



    Then, add some leftover pulled pork and perhaps some scrambled eggs in the wok for few minutes:



    Throw in a few spices to taste and dinner is served in 15 minutes. The Mrs was very happy as were the little fellas:
