  • Rib Cooking Question

    Put some ribs on the smoker but dinner got moved an hour later than I had hoped.

    I am doing a 2-2-1 and I want the ribs to be done at 6 (it's 11:40 CST now). After the first two hours, can I pull the ribs off, wait an hour till 2, wrap them and continue with the cook?

    I'd just cook them until done, and reheat in the oven in a pan with some apple juice covering the bottom of the pan, foiled. 350 for 15 minutes or so. Works every time.
