        Mmm..they DO come out great and quick after the SV. I been thinking on pre cooking and just freezing in the bag for a quick defrost/grill treat.

              Yeah man, best way to do wings... SV and Vortex! They look grate Mark. I have been rendering chicken fat (schmaltz) and installing it in the SV bags. Try it.
