      And they were vac sealed in Mad Hunky Poultry Brine for 2 days before they got the soak in the Hula-Huli stuff.

        Hmmm..maybe we need to get you some Nekkid..and put the HH stuff in at the beginning? Altho..the spicing in the poultry brine might be missing. I duuno. Wanna try it?

          This is where the Nekkid works it's magic as a brine and lets the marinade be the star of the show...

          But that's just me...I use the Nekkid more than I do the pork and/or the poultry brines...Sometimes with flavor additions and sometimes without...
