Pulled a couple nice thick porkers oot of the fridgedeezer & hit them with CBP, sea salt & some of my precious stash of Tatonka Dust.
Onto the fired up SToK with some cherry pellets in the chip smoking container thingy...
Giving them a wee bit of a sear...
Served up with a nice big baked tater...
And then there was the nice batch of smoked cheese I did up the other night... Sharp cheddar, Mozz & a nice messican blend...
