ah ha - kinda like most of what we call indian food in the uk actually originates in the uk :-)

Anyway whatever you call 'em pp tacos are pretty good.

Having a bbq saturday, might throw some of the pp on the grill to reheat.

Well they sure don't know what they're missing, leave it to us to improve on a dish and make it even better

            CA,
Pulled Pork is probably the most versatile smoked meat out there. Reheats very well and you can put it in or on anything.

Our fav is a straight up PP slider with some sauce and coleslaw. Second favorite is wrapped in a fresh grilled tortilla. Third favorite, use it to make pork green chili - you need to add the PP last as it does not need to break down any further, and you can put that on just about anything!.

Didn't really get a sense that you really like this stuff

Last comment, next time, don't truss it all back up. Leave it flopped out and you'll get more bark and more area for rub.

Might'a been mentioned earlier in the thread, but didn't see it... pulled pork wontons are pretty good too.

A little bit of PP, some cream cheese, diced green onion or shallots, folded up in a wonton wrapper and deep fried. Yummy.

Edit: forgot to add a dollop of bbq sauce in the mix too!

Yeah buddy those things are great !! Applebees sells them open faced as asian tacos or something to that effect. I can only imagine what they would be like with smoked pulled pork. Their pp is the indoor version.

Chili, omelets and salads. Oh and its great mixed in with Mac & Cheese.

Also lay some tortila chips in a greased backing dish. then some onion and spoon on the pp. Spoon on some enchalada sauce and add a layer of 4 blend mexican cheese. Then jalapenos, garlic, onion, green pepper and black olives. Add another layer of corn chips and repeat. Backe 350 for 45 minutes to an hour and you will have a damn fine caserol.
Smoke it.. and they will come!
