    USDA Prime Beef Tenderloin

    Birthday lunch, decided to use the weber gas Q. 450 degrees, seared both sides two minutes, cooked an additional 22min, pulled at 140 degrees internal temp. Complimented with creamy smashed taters
    Just delicious
