        Ok after mucho spirited debate... why cant you chill the bacon, slice and then re chill to meld flavors? what is the reason?
        somebody throw the blonde a bone here.. I just done see how slicing it would interfere with the flavors melding....

                    you two are too cool. I wish my wife was into at least ONE thing I liked... smoking, shooting, boinking... the list goes on and on. she does like to fart... I guess that's close enough.

                    BTW, I love the fact that you guys have some real trucks out there... LONG LIVE MOPAR!!!

                        the wrap & chill makes the firm bacon easier to slice-thats purty much it...
                        now wrap that bitch tight or (my own thing) soak some cheesecloth in honey & dark rum) then saran wrap in the fridge or freezer for a month...
