It's 10:12 my time and that makes it a 24 hour smoke,
The internal is 187.. I am so done! just pulled it off and setting it for a rest.
The "boys" are here and they all had a taste and loved the cinnamon on the bra, which btw is very barkish... perhaps the fact that it was mopped with red bull it took longer? I have no idea thelongest I have ever smoked... after the rest lets see if it pulls,, doesn't feel like it will but lets see... pix to follow

so at the 24 hour mark we pulled it, it was at 187* gotta give Cbana boy props, had a house full of his friends and inspite of that had "Slap Shot" playing on the tube! that's my boy damn right!

I have to add that, the cinnimon was a great adidtion to the rub arsenal. Well done, it took forever but tastes great!

Looks like a clean bone........thats good indicator.

The pulled pic looks good(blurry but good), so I guess you just have a "lazy smoker". Maybe the person will take it back! Every once in a while they are manufactured by mistake, but they are very rare.

Lol! Staind is a great smoker, wish I could blame it on him but not so much, his temps are easier to main tian then my old faithful. great newbe therade!!!

Glad to see it finally finished.. If it pulled at 190* or so. Your temp probes could be off. I know you said you testes them. Have you tested in boiling water??

Man... I dunno what the hell happened here. But I guess it came out OK. I have never seen a hunk go that long that wasn't a whole hog!
