      Well a lot less fuel is needed in this thing. I have been doing some research and what a lot of people with these types of smokers do is choke them down early and use the damper on the stack more then say a horizontal...I will make a skinnier line of charcoal and wood chunks as well. I am also thinking of a S- shape channel insert.
