    Dude,
    Sorry I missed this yesterday ~
    How did they come out? It's is a relativly common piece of meat around here. I smokes quickly, but I don't like it over 130* it just gets to dry. Not much drippings...What did you end up using for the Au jus?

    On a side note, I like to inject them with coffee...adds a nice depth of flavor to them...



    The only one on the block with the super fastest turbo charged
