    Our GrillGrates arrived today! It is -2º right now and going to stay below 0º getting as cold as -19º for Thursday, then Friday is suppose to have a heat wave coming in and Saturday suppose to be 20º. So we are going to wait till the weekend to try them out...

      Nice, now you need to get them seasoned up. I used Canola Oil and some Pam Grilling spray for what it's worth.

      Also, the frist couple of times cooking on them, don't be surprised if the food sticks. Once they get seasoned, that won't happen anymore.

      Lastly, as they season, the panels will lock together and not slide. In fact, it may stick right to the grate on your grill. It did mine and it's normal. But, since I move mine between the gasser and BGE, nothing has stuck since and the plates will move/slide as well when cleaning the top rails.

      Look forward to seeing what you think.

      As for the cold, I did burgers last night and it was 6° out. Came out good.
