I have eyed these for some time, but then again, I think I have made some pretty good pies just on the kettle and stone without the fancy rig. Read the reviews - people love the concept and the product it delivers, but a few reviews say it could be made with a bit more sturdy material (read: thin)Lang 84 Deluxe (sold it, broke my heart)
