Perforated sheet pans..

Picked one of these up off of Amazon when I ordered a few other things. Thought it would work nicely for doing smaller and more fragile items on the smoker. Vegeatables, stuffed shrooms, shrimp etc.
Will still allow smoke penetration and not fall through the grates.
Plus you can pull it off the smoker and it won't fold up like mats.

I like this idea. I use pizza screens from Rest Depot. Those sheets look cool but won't fit on my wsm

actually using splatter screens for stuff was Vark's idea. He used them to make a dust burner. I have been using them for a few things around the smoker after making my own pellet burner.

I like the splatter screen idea I never thought of that.
I like the sheet because of the sides on it, things won't fall off of it.
See how it works out I guess

We have those sheets and use them in our smoker - works great for smoking chex mix and nuts because of the sides you can stir without loosing your food.

I really recommend the AMNPS pellet burner from Amazen Products. I have one and its great.

I dont think they would fit in either of my smokers as well.
