    gota new..err updated..tool.

    Since my bro melted his T-pen I got him by leaving it next to his grill... and since Thermoworks came out with a cool pseudo-applewood cased T-pen... I'm donating my glacially slow Yellow to him... and reveling in the quantum leap speed apple-wood grained TP! Be jealous all! I know the temp on this brisket when it's done now. And it's still in the fridge!

        I just hope he don't melt this one. I have had it for 5 years, Took him 2 month to melt his

                  Hate to inform you, butt the cherry wood version is coming oot, and I got the first one coming... it is alleged to be faster than the apple wood... this reads the protein's doneness before slaughter. So there.
