        I've cooked up to 40 whole wings at a time....I'm trying to find the picture

          I guess I cheat. I buy them already separated (no tips) at RD by the case. 40lb box I divide into 5lb vac bags and freeze. If I do buy them whole (long time go), I cut them up and save the tips for stock. Cryspy tip is good though! Think I payed $.69lb last time.

            Thats cheap....about 2 bucks a lb at Costco or Sams around here.

                  Yeah chicken is cheap at RD here. Not uncommon to pick up a 40lbs case of legs, leg quarters, or thighs for under $20
