  • Smoked Cheese, Nuts on 26'r & Ribeyes On The Weber Q

Nice sunny cool day here today in WA. Needed to get some smoked cheese in the fridge, and some nuts for tomorrow night. Fired up the Weber Q for some Ribeyes. A-Maze-N tube smoker for 3 hours with Apple on the cheese in the 26'r, then vac packed for a couple week rest. (Ddave, we musta been thinking alike, I was a day behind you! Lol), then another 1.5 hour on the nuts with butter and Meat Church Honey Hog rub (Was going to use MH, butt a lotta women will be at the festivities tomorrow night, and anything with flavor and a little heat is a no go for them....) Cheese did not take on a lot of color, butt the smell permeated the house when brought inside. See in aboot 2 weeks

WA lost to a real good PSU team, butt WI beat Miami, so I got a split. Great afternoon overall [emoji106]
