    I did two separate batches just shy of 40 lb of cheese should last me for a while,,,, happy New year's you magnificent misfit's

                      Thanks all,,,, Can't wait to try the provolone melted on a sammy,,, horseradish is the bomb, I like it better than the Gouda,,

                            Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
