Definetly worth the work , the taste was amazing melt in mouth tender and could easily be changed up by using different flavors of sausage ... I will be doing this again butt I will make it smaller and use a larger cut of lamb such as a 1/2 of a boneless leg as I found that rack being so small kinda got lost .

This has to be the best mouth juices maker post I have ever seen.
