  • Peach Smoked Sesame Chicken & Beef Kabobs

I I have been playing around with a sesame sauce for some time. I finally got it right this weekend with some extra honey, garlic and black pepper. I marinated chunks of chicken and tanderized beef stew meat in a mix of Low sodium soy sauce, garlic, honey and sesame oil. Then Placed it on skewers with red onion, red & green bell pepper and mushrooms. Cooked it with peach wood pellets @ 280 degrees until chicken reached 169.

OMG! It was amazing! I'm using this sauce on wings next!

Oh hell yes brother!!! That looks great!!! I know what just got bumped up to the top of my list!!!

You are one might fast meat tenderizer there!! I think I will use 1/2 shooms instead of slices... looks like you would break two for every one you got on the stick... Looks great though.. about how long did it take to cook?

I'd be interested in what you think of this recipe so if you try it, please let me know. So far I have had a guy try it with lamb on Easter and he really loved it.

                        Go after it bro!

some great looking kebabs there !
                              have some

Guess the only other thing you could do is sprinkle some sesame seeds on the kebebas before cooking :-)
Or for the ultimate sesame hit add a tbs tahini to the sauce as well as the sesame oil.
