      Looks like the lid for the box slides oot to serve as a work/prep area? Does that leg that holds it up store inside the box?

        Nope...just slides up and secures with a pin to the box. :{)

          Dang brisky's done 2.5 hours early... sigh. No problemo...coolerd the flat, pulled the point for burnt ends. Looks like the Mad Hunky beef injection did it's job eh? I got PUDDLES :{)

                        Well,,,it was allright. Brisket was a bit overcooked. In 8.5 hours? Strange... Altho prolly coolering it for almost 3 hours din't help either. All in all..everything was real good. I'm waxed tho... phew!
