      Only problem I see is you are not able to separate out the fat/other strange stuff as you can when hand pulling.

            thats pretty cool....but.....i could see doing this and your pulled pork can become mushy pork if u go too fast or too long...i could see this being a great tool for bbq caterers or resto guys that do large volumes
