Was looking through the freezer to find something to cook tomorrow. I found these -
The label says turkey breast tenderloins, i'd never heard of them but they look good.
My question is how should i cook them. They are only 1.5 lb each so i'm leaning towards grilling - sear a little then move them off the heat and indirect to finish.
Had thought about using the cgsp but don't want to dry them out.
I'm not going to apply any smoke, i've done that before with a ready flavored cut of meat and it just didn't taste right.
So i figured i'd ask the opinions of the fine people here !!
