  • Hunky butts, meat loaf, salmon and DO desert...

Thanks for the rub Rich!! Very awesome stuff and I am enjoying it very much. First the pork butts all Hunkied up!

Off the smoker and ready for the cooler.

Found a use for my new Cambro insulated food transporter.

Put the top on lock it down and let em rest.

I kid you not 12 hours later they were still hot! Pulled pork! Turned out awesome with the Hunky!!

Smoked a bacon topped meat loaf with tomato relish too.

I love this meat loaf with the relish. I have made it several times and have never regretted it!!

    I did some salmon!

And for desert a chocolate pudding dump cake with Andes Crème De Menthe baking chips made in the DO! Killer desert. The Andes chips put it over the top!

    Thanks for looking!!

Thanks Brian I'm really going to like that Cambro very handy unit and I was surprised how hot it held for so long. Had I put hot water in the bottom first it would have held twice as long!

Forgot that thing ran on batteries. Wonder how long they will last before you will need to plug it in. Glad it worked out for ya. Looking forward to pics of some spin cooks!
