I had an idea. Could this be permanently posted at the top of the "Poultry" forum? I have it down now but it comes up a lot on how to prepare birds or brines and this is the answer 99% of the time.

                  Tip,
Used your brine on an oven bird yesterday... thought I was going to have a fricken riot when I mentioned it.... they like their dry oven cooked bird. Turned out - it was an absolute smash outta the park! Never used the celery seed before, MAN it does add a lot.

Thank you for sharing your brine.
