well, i looked up a few recipes, took the advice of some forum members and the fried the bunny. lol
basic milk and egg dredge with flour, salt, pepper, and my favorite ingredient of all time (next to brown sugar), Garlic powder. fried in some vegi oil until it looked about right and drained off a bit of extra oil. some of the best pieces of wild game I have ever had.a lot more moist than I thought they'd be, and it really does taste like chicken. lol. looks like my daughter may not be having an Easter this year. lol
