  • Burgers & Corn

Did a quickie cook this evening. Burgers made with 80/20, seasoned w/ MH, tiger sauce. Corn was brushed with EVOO and wrapped in bacon. Sprinkled some rub before going on the grill.
The corn went on first and took about 30-45 minutes to get the bacon a bit on the crispy side. The burgers about 15 minutes. All cooked at 300*.

    Corn on the grill

    Had to have some suds.

    Almost there.

    Close up.

Looks great. Where the heck did you find corn on the cob? I might be able to find some in about 5 months.

On a cold night here in Jersey, a pic of some burgers and corn on the grill gets you for sure.

Wally World had some. Come to think of it, they only had a few packs in the freezer section. What's up with that??

Corn on the cob! Dang... never tried bacon. Like Fish... I have no idea why not! I'll have to wait for it tho. Too spoilt on local stuff. MI's corn is some of the best! Mmmm tastes like summer! Thank you- I needed that little de-frost!

Looks awesome! I have smoked corn in the husk before and it turned out great. Will have to try the bacon wrap when some fresh corn shows up in the spring.
