Going to a SB party later and I was volunteered to smoke the brisket. Injected w beef broth and some mad hunky. Then rubbed w worshy and a combination of mad hunky and big tons hint of Houston.
This one will be done hot and fast. 220 for the first 2 hrs then up to 300. Went on at 945. Hit 140 at 1215. Wrapped and back in smoker. Hoping it will be done by 4 or so. Want at least an hr rest in the cooler. Plan is to slice some and pull some for tacos. Forgot to take pics before wrapping.
