      That's a bold and smokey..very little heat mustard base..and I also do a Whiskey ginger thats got some heat

          Sauce looks to be good! Sounds good!! Your card is pretty cool too!!! Is the sauce thick or thin or well medium? Looks to be thick from the way it is sticking to the top of some of the jars?

              Looks like a tasty sauce. I've been making my own for a while and had thought in the past about canning it. How do you go about it? Is it much different than regular canning of vegetables?
