    So I had a belly and a loin in cure for about a week and a half. Longer that intended but should be fine. Went to retrieve them yesterday and have large spots of dark green mold on them WTF?????? Looked at the fridge door and there was a shelf next to the fridge blocking the door from closing all the way. Needless to say newly deposited trashola items. Was intended for the stuffed TD. Have to start over with something else. Ehhh, ya lose some.

                              Sorry that happened after all the time as well. Look at this this way. At least you found out with your eyes instead of your GI track

                              Just to show how things go wrong for all of us, try spilling 2 cups of oil on the top self of the fridge. Then, when trying to clean it all out, you break the largest piece of glass which also happens to be the bottom glass. I might know how that goes......
