Sounds intriguing... Just never been a fan of the Tomatillos

smoking the tomatillos, etc.. just adds something, probably like fire roasting Id guess.

Tomatillos get better when roasted...no matter if in the oven or pan or on the grill...Smoker would be just as good I think...I prefer the grill...at least till I try the smoker
